We've all been tempted by foods that taste good, whether it's the last piece of chocolate, a second glass of red wine or the coolness of ice cream. But flavour is more than mere taste - it uses all of our senses. In fact, it is in the collaboration of vision, taste, touch, sound and smell that create flavour.
Visitors stimulated their senses and munched their way through a special lunchbox as Dr Jane Parker, food scientist, explained more.
