The Hinshelwood Room
With two walls covered by bookshelves holding books dating back as early as the 16th century, this room lends itself to private meetings and presentations.
The most intimate room within The Chemistry Centre, the Hinshelwood Room houses many articles from the RSC's Historical Collection of valuable texts, including the Camps/Robinson collection on forensics and toxicology and the Nathan collection on explosives and firearms.
The space also forms part of a suite of rooms along the first floor. The two windows overlooking the courtyard and the Royal Academy provdie plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming, stimulating atmosphere ideal for creative discussions and breakout sessions.
