Performance Management and Remuneration Committee
The purpose of the Committee is to provide general direction to the Chief Executive (By-law 74) on people management issues, providing guidance on matters of importance or difficulty and to set objectives for and review the performance of the Chief Executive, setting his/her salary in accordance with RSC's performance management procedures.
