General requirements and what to expect

We are seeking excellent communicators and team-workers who are comfortable making decisions. You must be organised and able to work under pressure, handle high workloads whilst maintaining the best standards and have a keen eye for detail.

Recruitment is through assessment centres which give candidates the chance to learn about the role they will be playing, the development programme and the organisation as a whole.

Successful candidates will take part in a one year development programme, combining on the job training with an excellent overview of the other areas which make up the diverse organisation that is the RSC. 

The programme includes external visits, training courses in specific skills and the chance to job swap with graduates in other areas.

If your training goes well and there are vacancies available then there may be the opportunity for your position to be made permanent.
