Publishing Editor - Open to applications now
As a Publishing Editor the main purpose of your role is to contribute to the growth and quality of the journals through the day-to-day operation of the peer review, editing and publication processes for journal articles submitted to the RSC. There are also opportunities to be involved in the production of databases to support our aim of becoming the primary source of information for the chemical sciences community. This is a great opportunity to work with dynamic journal teams and academics to ensure the RSC publishes high impact journals and databases for the chemical science community worldwide. You will be a critical part of the whole publishing process from initial submission through to final publication.

Development Editor - Open to applications (12 month fixed term contract)
These roles in our Journals Development team work closely with a Managing Editor and Deputy Editor in a dynamic, fast moving publishing environment. You will proactively input to and implement the development strategy of a portfolio of journals. You will be responsible for attracting world class authors to publish in the journals through direct invitation, identifying scientific and geographical areas for development through analysis of publication trends and promoting the portfolio of journals, working with the Marketing Department.
