About ISACS
The International Symposia on Advancing the Chemical Sciences (ISACS) is a significant new global symposia series, supporting the launch of the new RSC flagship journal Chemical Science.
During 2010, the first three symposia were held on three continents, over three sequential weeks, focusing on distinct subject areas.
Each ISACS event presents a unique opportunity to hear from dynamic, internationally renowned speakers brought together specifically to discuss recent topical developments and challenges in their research domain.
Each programme features a single stream of plenary lectures, complemented by contributed talks and extensive poster sessions for which contributions are invited for each meeting.
Why attend
This new generation of symposia brings together international delegates and exceptional line-ups of plenary speakers for a unique conference experience.
Delegates to each event will:
- Hear from exceptional plenary speakers
- Review the latest research advances and the challenges ahead within their area of work
- Have the opportunity to present their own work in contributed talks or large organised poster sessions
- Network with the editors of Chemical Science and international colleagues
