Registration

Registration is now open for the Analytical Research Forum 2012. You can register online by clicking on the left hand link (it is also available further down this page) or you can complete the standard Event registration form available to download from this page and return it to RSC Events.

Please read the registration information on this page before registering.

Registration Package

Registration includes:

• attendance at the sessions 
• delegate pack including the book of abstracts
• refreshments throughout the conference
• lunch on Tuesday 3 July
• social events including the welcome drinks reception and dinner on Monday 2 July and the conference dinner on Tuesday 3 July                    

The registration fee does not include accommodation.

Non-member Membership Offer

If you register as a full paying non-member delegate at this conference you will be pleased to know that RSC membership through to December 2012 will be offered to you, as a conference attendee, at no extra cost.

Information for ACTF Funded Students

Recipients of funding from the ACTF (through either RSC/EPSRC Analytical Science Studentship scheme or the NERC/ACTF Analytical Science & Technology Studentship scheme) should register for the conference using the PDF registration form available to download from this page.

When completing the form, please specify your requirements, but note that there is no need to include payment as the costs for your place at the conference will be covered by the ACTF. 

If you are unsure whether you qualify for funding, then please check with your supervisor or contact RSC Events before you attempt to register for the conference.

ACTF Funded Students will need to book their accommodation directly with Event Durham at the University of Durham. Please note that ACTF will cover expenses incurred for en-suite accommodation at the University of Durham only.

Terms & Conditions

No reservations for accommodation, meals or social events will be made if payment is not received prior to the start of the conference. All registrations received by the closing date will be acknowledged. If an acknowledgement is not received within 14 days, please contact RSC Events.

Cancellations received before 1 June 2012 will be subject to an administrative charge of 25%. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations (including those for meals or social events) received after 1 June 2012, although a change in attending delegate can be made at any time. Changes to bookings for meals or social events cannot be accepted after 1 June 2012.
