Faraday Discussion 143 will be held at The Royal Society in central London.

The Royal Society is a stunning Grade 1 listed building based in the heart of London and overlooking The Mall, it offers wonderful views over St James's Park and along to Buckingham Palace, and has the benefit of a large terrace from which guests can enjoy these spectacular sights.

Designed by Sir John Nash in 1827, it still retains many of its original features. The immaculate interiors are as spectacular as the views, reflecting a richness of classical and contemporary styles. The Society's unique collection of paintings, sculpture and archives are displayed throughout and cover almost 350 years of scientific achievements.


Dates, times and social events


Delegates will arrive on the morning of Monday 15 June and the discussion will start early afternoon.

There will be a poster session for submitted contributions on Wednesday evening and a conference banquet on the evening of Thursday 16 April. The conference banquet will occur at The Royal Society.

The meeting will end on Wednesday 17 June at midday.
