The 'MC' conference series has provided a showcase for developments in Materials Chemistry every two years for almost two decades and this year is a major part of the 42nd IUPAC Congress.

In addition to our invited speaker line up we have received a large number of submissions of abstracts for oral presentation from authors from around the world. The full line up of speakers and titles of their lectures is available from the links on this page. This makes for a very exciting conference and a must attend for all scientists working in the Materials field.

If you would like to present a poster at the MC9, please submit an abstract by 5 June 2009. I also urge you to register by 5 June to take advantage of early registration fees.
