Topic: Nanoparticles
The nanoparticle sessions aimed to cover a wide range of the latest advances in the field of nanoparticles. Areas of interest include new synthetic pathways, such as novel organometallic based routes, colloidal routes and vapour deposition process to nanostructured materials. The manipulation and applications of nanomaterials is also a key area, with interest in, amongst others, self assembly of nanoparticles, thin films, nano-structured photovoltaic and light emitting devices, biological imaging and memory applications. We are also interested in novel architectures and systems, such as heterostructures, nanocomposites, and novel nanocrystalline phases.
