Call for Papers

The Macro2010 call for papers is now open. 

For your chance to present your work at Macro2010, submit an abstract for either oral or poster presentation. 

Please follow these steps to submit your abstract:

1. Prepare your abstract using the template available to download from this page.
2. Click on the 'Submit your abstract' link.
3. Read the submission instructions and use the 'Macro2010 abstract submission' link to submit your work. 

Preparing your abstract

When preparing your abstract for Macro2010, please ensure that you use the template, which is available to download from this page. The template is a Word document which is preset with the necessary formatting. 

A quick checklist for formatting your abstract is below:

• Abstracts should be no longer than one A4 page in portrait layout.
• All text should be in the Times New Roman font, size 11 and justified.
• Single spacing should be used throughout.
• Author names should be given as [firstname] [initials] [surname]
• Multiple author names should be separated by commas, except for the final two, which would be separated by 'and'.
• The presenting author should have an asterisk (*) after their surname, before any commas.
• Please insert graphics into the main body of the text.
• References, denoted by superscript numbers in the text, should be listed at the end of the text using standard Chemical Abstracts Source Service Index terminology followed by YEAR, VOLUME, and PAGE.
• Please do not use headers or footers.
