Programme
The programme will consist of a variety of speakers from across a broad range of disciplines within the Chemical Sciences. There will be contributions from scientists working in Germany, the United States and the United Kingdom. The symposium will begin with welcome and opening remarks from the RSC President and representatives from the ACS and GDCh. The plenary lecture will be given by Professor David Leigh from the University of Edinburgh. Confirmed speakers at the symposium are listed below.
Registration will be open from 13:00 on Thursday 31st July and the opening remarks are currently scheduled to begin at 17:00. There will be sessions throughout the conference, incorporating two extended poster sessions in order to allow the delegates adequate time to discuss their work. There will also be a social trip on Saturday evening. Sessions will continue on Sunday morning, and will finish with lunch on Sunday 3rd August. Transport to Manchester airport and Crewe train station will be timed to reflect these start and finish times.
