Maureen Atkins
Maureen Atkins has twenty-one years of experience in the field of training and development, in a diverse range of industries. Maureen has a deep belief that everyone is capable of achieving a higher level in their lives, both at work and at home, and as a professional coach she will help to show you how. Maureen is currently making a difference in blue chip companies and local government circles, both in the UK and abroad.
David Chang BA MPsych
David is a business psychologist and he started his consulting career in Australia working on a number of organization development assignments with clients in the Asia Pacific region. He has consulted to a wide variety of private and public sector organizations gaining specific experience with professional services firms, airlines and not-for-profit organizations. In the UK, David has worked with a number of UK organizations to help them to build their performance management systems.
Stella Collins
Stella Collins believes people can become active learners, encouraging their innovation, creativity and involvement. With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Human communication she has a strong theoretical background to apply to practical learning solutions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to the workplace and maximum return on investment. Stella works with a range of public and private sector clients and has a particular interest in engaging people in scientific and technical training that is memorable, engaging and applicable.
Beth Curl
Beth Curl brings a first hand knowledge of the chemical industry into the world of learning and development. She has a BSc Joint Honours in Chemistry and Biochemistry and nine years experience as a metabolism chemist for blue chip companies. Her interest in people and their importance in organisations, catalysed her career move into learning and development. Beth has a diploma in Learning and Development and is a Graduate member of the CIPD. She works with a range of public and private sector organisations, and specialises in communication, leadership and self-management. Believing passionately that every individual has untapped potential, Beth creates a stimulating learning environment where people build from their existing strengths and develop their skills and confidence in new areas.
Christine Dunne
Christine Dunne specialises in focusing on how people can communicate with impact and build effective working relationships. She works with individuals to develop their range of people management skills and has designed and delivered a range of middle manager and team leader development programmes. She is an accredited coach, accomplished facilitator, associate of the INSIGHTS Group, member of the CIPD and has a BSc Hons degree in Psychology and a diploma in Training and Development. Christine has worked with a range of public and private sector clients.
Michael Dunne
Michael Dunne is a highly experienced and focused project management professional with over twenty years practical experience; establishing and managing project management organisations and designing, developing and delivering project management training programmes. He has exceptional interpersonal, influential and facilitation skills, with proven ability in working across a wide spectrum of projects, with managers at all levels, in both the public and private sectors. Michael is a Chartered Engineer who is, amongst other academic and professional qualifications, a member of the CIPD and the Association for Project Management.
Dr Christine Jones MA MBA PhD Dip Psych
Dr Christine Jones has extensive experience in development needs assessment and the design and delivery of individual and group development programmes. She directs Human Factors projects assisting international companies to develop global standards and approaches to the core management processes including selection, promotion, training and decision making. She specialises in developing individuals' skills in analytic and strategic thinking and innovation. Before joining Human Factors International (HFI) she was a university lecturer in psychology, logic and philosophy.
James Spearpoint BSc MSc
James is an executive consultant at Human Factors and is involved in business development as well as delivery and consultancy. A business psychologist by training, James began his career in the banking industry before joining QinetiQ's Human Sciences division - Europe's largest independent Human Sciences organisation. Whilst there, James managed projects within and outside the UK, with particular emphasis on cognitive processes and decision making. Since joining Human Factors, James has worked on a number of key accounts and has designed and delivered training workshops to managers in a variety of organisations ranging from Hilton Hotels to ACCA.
