Analytical Research Forum 2011

25 - 27 July 2011
University of Manchester, United Kingdom

Introduction

ARF image
The annual Analytical Research Forum (ARF) is the premier Analytical Science meeting of the RSC. The meeting is primarily for early-stage analytical science researchers (industrial scientists, PhD students and postdoctoral fellows) to present their latest results in the context of the wider analytical science community.

The programme will feature both poster sessions and lectures, including oral presentations from students, medal winners and international leaders in the field.

Networking

One of the valuable benefits of attending ARF is the opportunity to network with contemporary researchers who cover a wide range of analytical techniques and experience. Networking takes place through interactive poster sessions and a lively social programme.

Bursaries

Generously supported by the Analytical Chemistry Trust Fund (ACTF) of the Analytical Division, the forum is traditionally able to offer a number of discretionary travel bursaries to students.

The Northwest Analytical Division Region are also offering two bursaries to students in the NW AD Region. Further details are available on the bursary page.

Bioanalysis

Bioanalysis provides the busy bioanalyst with a forum for the rapid publication of original research and critical reviews of all the latest relevant and significant developments. Bioanalysis delivers essential information in concise, at-a-glance article formats. Key advances in the field are reported and analyzed by international experts, providing an authoritative but accessible forum for the modern bioanalyst. A regular Bioanalytical Challenges feature provides practical advice and troubleshooting to laboratory based problems from world renowned experts.
