Registration for the Science of Materials Summer School is now open!

Please read the registration information on this page before registering.

You can register by clicking on the online registration link on this page.

Please note accommodation is included in the registration fee and will be booked for you when you register to attend the event. Unfortunately we are not able to reduce the registration fee accordingly if accommodation is not required.

Registration Package

Registration includes: 

• Attendance at the sessions 
• Refreshments throughout the meeting
• Accommodation on the nights of Sunday 1 and Monday 2 July
• Lunch on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 July
• Dinner on Sunday 1 and Monday 2 July
• For non-member registrants, membership of the RSC until the end of 2012                            

Registration fees are as follows:

Evening Meals

Evening dinner on Sunday 1 and Monday 2 July will be included in the registration fee. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you register to attend.

Accommodation

Please note that accommodation is included in the registration fee. This will be a single en-suite room at the Endcliffe Village of the University of Sheffield.

Terms & Conditions

No reservations for accommodation, meals or social events will be made if payment is not received prior to the start of the event. All registrations received by the closing date will be acknowledged. If an acknowledgement is not received within 14 days, please contact the RSC Events Office.

Cancellations received before 1 June 2012 will be subject to an administrative charge of 25%. It will not be possible to offer any refunds on cancellations (including those for meals or social events) received after 1 June 2012, although a change in attending delegate can be made at any time. Changes to bookings for meals or social events cannot be accepted after 1 June 2012.
