Nutrition Research - Putting the Theory into Practice

This course will provide participants with sufficient knowledge of applied nutrition techniques to understand their relevance within the various sectors of the food industry. Comprising of lectures, practical exercises and focus groups, this course will focus on the theory behind standard nutrition science practice and will enable participants to gain a first-hand understanding of how to substantiate claims and maximise the marketability of their products based on a clear understanding of its nutrition properties.
