GECOM-CONCOORD 2012, Conference on Coordination Chemistry, Organometallic Chemistry and Catalysis
This annual conference was born in 1993 from the merger of the group "Dialogue in Coordination Chemistry (CONCOORD)" and "Study Group in Organometallic Chemistry (GECOM)" and aims to focus on the latest advances developed in different areas of coordination chemistry and organometallic chemistry. This event is voluntary outside the city in order to facilitate scientific exchange between direct young researchers (PhD students, postdocs) and more experienced researchers.

Main themes of the conference: Coordination Chemistry - Organometallic Chemistry – Catalysis - Materials Chemistry – Main Group Chemistry – Bio-inorganic Chemistry – Supramolecular coordination Chemistry
The conference will consist of plenary lectures (14 invited speakers), oral communications (about 40) and posters presented in specific sessions (about 100 researchers in total).
The conference languages will be French and English.

All participants of the GECOM-CONCOORD Conference will have the opportunity to present their research. Three types of presentations are possible:
- ORAL COMMUNICATION (20 minutes, including questions),
- FLASH COMMUNICATION + POSTER (size A0). Flash communication is dedicated to scientists who present a poster and who would like to make a short oral presentation on the work related to their poster. The duration of a flash communication is 5 min without question (typically, three slides).
- POSTER (size A0).
Abstracts should be submitted in the .rtf format, in French or English, according to the model provided on the web site and will be sent to: gecom2012@u-bourgogne.fr (deadline of submission: 30 April 2012).
