RSC Bill Bryson Prize 2009 winners
A stop-motion animation, The other CO2 problem, has won the overall prize in the 2009 Bill Bryson competition.
Created by pupils from Ridgeway School, Plymouth the film shows the effects of ocean acidification caused by increasing levels of CO2.

- Secondary Schools winner - Taunton School, Somerset - science magazine
- Primary Schools winner - Whitehill Junior School, Hertfordshire - Powerpoint reviewing experiments on growing radishes
The winners each received prizes of £500 for their schools plus £100 for themselves. The winners will be presented with their prizes on 28 October 2009 at the House of Commons.
