Analytical Chemistry by Open Learning Courses (ACOL)

Professional Development in Analytical Science: Flexible Learning courses with workshops.

This flexible learning course is aimed primarily at lab technicians wishing to update their knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques. It lasts ten weeks, plus a three-day practical workshop. 

Courses can be built up to attain the Edexcel Professional Development Certificate in Analytical Chemistry.

There are two courses in 2009:

• starting 6 April with a residential workshop at the University of Greenwich, Chatham from 7-9 July
• starting on 5 October with a residential workshop at Liverpool John Moores University from 5-7 January 2010
