Heads of Chemistry UK
Heads of Chemistry UK (HCUK) is an independent body which represents the interest of UK Higher Education Institutions engaged in chemical education and research.
The HCUK committee meets twice a year to discuss matters affecting chemical science in Higher Education and to encourage the exchange of experience and good practice. It also seeks to inform and influence the government and its agencies, including funding bodies and research councils.
Membership of HCUK is open to one senior member of the chemistry community at each UK university. A member who is unable to attend may send a representative to a meeting in their place.
