The Bologna Process
The Bologna Process aims to reform Higher Education systems throughout Europe by introducing a common framework of readable and comparable degrees, leading to the establishment of a European Higher Education Area by 2010.
It is hoped this will strengthen recognition of qualifications across Europe to allow greater mobility of students. The Bologna Process also seeks to increase international competitiveness and so enhance the attractiveness of European HE worldwide.
The Bologna Process will have implications for degree courses in the chemical sciences in the UK. Visit the links below for more information.
