This problem-based case study concerns 'STS' Contract Analysis Ltd. who is tendering for a large contract from Midshire River Authority for the analysis of organic pollutants in ground water. 

The students act as part of the STS management team whose task is to ensure that the company can deliver a high quality service with a suitable profit margin if they win the contract.
