Undergraduate Skills Record (USR)
Students need skills such as the ability to communicate effectively, team working, problem solving, organisation and management in order to succeed in employment.
There are plenty of opportunities for students to develop existing skills and identify skills gaps during undergraduate study. Developing and recording their skills means that when they graduate they will have the full range of subject-specific skills and the transferable skills that employers look for.
