Application forms

If you are interested in applying for a tour, please refer to the selection criteria to make sure you are eligible to attend.  

Application forms can be downloaded from this page, and must be completed and signed by your supervisor.

If you are not currently a student member of the RSC you can send in your completed membership application form with your tour application.  

If your application is successful we will require a refundable deposit of £50 for the UK tours.  An administration charge of £50 (non-refundable) is made for the European tours.
