Road Traffic Acts Analysts

An RSC-produced list of Analytical Chemists who are equipped to undertake the analysis of blood and urine specimens to determine the alcohol content in relation to the Road Traffic Acts. 

All the analysts in this list are professional members of the RSC and have therefore attained a high academic standard prior to having practised the profession of chemistry for an approved period. They have also undertaken to observe the rulings of the RSC in matters of professional conduct.

This list of Analytical Chemists who are able to undertake the analysis of blood and urine specimens for the determination of the alcohol content is published by the RSC, in collaboration with the Association of Public Analysts, as a service to the public.
