Industry Study Tours

These are 3-day events using a hotel as a residential base for workshops and discussions plus visits to industrial sites. 

The events:

• provide opportunities for participants to generate ideas and collect material and data to help teach new and developing areas of the curriculum. 
• provide an understanding of new processes and products. 
• focus on helping teachers to use industry related learning material to enable students to relate science to everyday experiences.
