Who benefits?

We believe that all concerned benefit from a Chemistry at Work event:

• Students gain first hand experience of chemistry in the real world from people who are actually involved. 
• Teachers find the experience updates their knowledge and understanding and they may often find new contacts with local industry. 
• Companies are able to explain what they do and raise their profile in their locality; and also see this an opportunity to show themselves to potential employees. 
• Presenters usually enjoy the experience and find their presentation skills are improved, especially if they have attended a presenter training session. 
• Organisers find that their profile in the locality is raised, as is that of the organisation providing the venue. In particular, educational venues such as colleges find this an opportunity to show themselves to potential students.
