The enquiry this month
- I am being transferred to the semiconductors division our corporation and need to fill in any gaps in my knowledge of this technology.
The RSC Virtual Library has resources which extensively cover the topic, and could provide you with everything you need to know.
From full text e-books collections:
Knovel:
Hawley's Condensed Chemical Dictionary provides definition and over sixty entries for substances that have semiconductor applications e.g. silicon
