Composition of the AMC


The composition of the AMC comprises: 

 

  • Chairman
  • Secretary
  • Chairmen of AMC Sub-Committees
  • Editor AMC Technical Briefs 
  • Honorary Officers of the RSC Analytical Division
  • Members appointed by AD Council
  • Representatives from the Association of Public Analysts, the British Standards Institute, BEIS, the Environment Agency, Food Standards Agency, HSE, LGC, NPL, UKAS and UK NEQAS
  • Other co-opted members as necessary.

The Chairman for 2016-2019 is Dr Steve Ellison  (Laboratory of the Government Chemist).  


Membership of the Analytical Methods Committee

The committee is made up of representatives from consultants, academia, government, industry and public analysts. Membership as of 1 January 2017 is listed.
