Composition of the AMC


The composition of the AMC comprises: 

  • Chairman
  • Secretary
  • Chairmen of AMC Subcommittees
  • the Editor of AD Newsletter
  • Honorary Officers of the RSC Analytical Division
  • members appointed by AD Council
  • representatives from the Association of Public Analysts, the British Standards Institute, the Environment Agency, HSE, LGC, DIUS, NPL  and the Food Standards Agency
  • with other co-opted members as necessary. 

The Chairman from 2007-2010 is Dr Roger Wood  (Food Standards Agency).


Membership of the Analytical Methods Committee

The committee is made up of representatives from consultants, academia, government, industry and public analysts
