RSC Analytical and Measurement Sciences Report

The RSC Analytical Division has produced a report looking at measurement sciences and knowledge transfer which will shape measurement science work in a UK DTI funded initiative called the Chemistry Innovation Knowledge Transfer Network (CIKTN).  This report highlights a number of issues following interviews with key individuals involved with chemistry-using industries.  Four issues which have been identified for future work by the RSC and the (CIKTN) include: skills and training; measurement along the supply chain; process measurement and control and knowledge dissemination.
