Curriculum and Assessment Group

The aims of the Curriculum and Assessment Group are:

• to monitor, comment on and make contributions to appropriate methods of assessment of chemistry in the world of education
• to promote a better understanding of all forms of assessment of chemistry         

In addition to committee meetings, the Group holds joint meetings with the West Midlands Chemistry Teachers' Centre, and contributes to the RSC Autumn Meeting.

The Group periodically publishes a booklet entitled Research in Assessment, which is available to both members and non-members.
