RSC Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry Group Thesis Award
The group presents an award for final year and recently graduated PhD students working in the field of macrocyclic and supramolecular chemistry. The winner is selected by the group committee and invited to give a talk at the next annual meeting in addition to receiving a prize of £100. The award is open to doctoral students in the final year of their studies and those who have had their viva and were recommended for the award of a doctorate by their examiners in the 12 months prior to the call for applications.
Candidates for the PhD prize should send the abstract of their thesis, a list of publications and a one page nomination statement from their supervisor which includes a statement confirming that the student is eligible for the award to the Group Chair.
