Invited Speaker Award
This award is given to an individual in light of their significant contribution to the understanding and development of Molten Salt Science and Technology. The winner of the award is invited to speak at the MSDG Meeting held twice a year. In 2005 the awards went to Prof Douglas Inman who is retired from Imperial College and spoke at the Summer meeting and Prof Werner Freyland of Universitat Karlsruhe, Institut fur Physikalische Chemie, Germany who spoke at the Christmas meeting.
