Ram is Director of Peptide Research at Southampton University and Founding Scientist, Director & Consultant of Southampton Polypeptides Ltd. He has more than 80 publications and patents. His research interests include Design and synthesis of inhibitors of therapeutically important enzymes; Novel Peptide technologies; Rational drug design; Peptidyl and Peptidomimetic drug design and development; Solid Phase peptide synthesis, purification.
