Frequently asked questions about the Voucher Scheme
Q. I have lost my voucher, can I still have the discount?
A. No. The original voucher, not a copy, must be sent to the contact as detailed on the Registration Form in order for the discount to be applied to the RSC members’ rate.
Q. I have a voucher for a previous year, can I use it for this meeting?
A. No. The voucher is valid for a specified time period and can only be used for a meeting being held during that period.
Q. How much discount do I get by using the voucher?
A. The voucher is worth £40.00. You deduct £40.00 from the RSC members rate and pay the remainder according to the payment instructions on the Registration Form. The discount will only apply if the original voucher is attached to the Registration Form. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of vouchers used for any meeting?
A. Only twelve vouchers can be accepted for any meeting. These places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Early Booking is advisable - If you are not among the first twelve to register, your voucher will be returned to you and you will be given the option of paying the full RSC members’ rate or withdrawing your registration from the meeting. Your place at the meeting will be held, pending your decision.
Q. If I am being invoiced and make my payment after the meeting, can I still use my voucher?
A. No. If the voucher is used, payment must be made prior to the meeting date.
