Mailing Lists by Post

Groups are reminded that they must obtain new membership listings before sending out any communication. This will avoid causing any confusion or potential distress from using a list which is out of date. 

Membership lists are available on request from the Membership Department. 

Any data obtained from the RSC’s main membership system is provided in accordance with the RSC registration under the Data Protection Act and in accordance with its directions as to its use

The RSC can also recommend the use of an approved mailing house on request. All arrangements entered into will be between the Group and the mailing house.  Please bear in mind any Data Protection Act requirements.
