RSC Group Chair Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Committee business and scientific meetings of the Group.
• Reports to the Group AGM (if appropriate) and the relevant RSC committee (e.g. Analytical Division Council) and staff member on activities of the past year.
• Trustee along with RSC Council of the Group Trust and is responsible for any Trustee related matter (RSC carries liability insurance for Trustees)
• Approves and signs the audited annual accounts.
• Represents the Group at the RSC General Assembly.
• Must be a member of the RSC.
