Schools lectures have included 'Kitchen Chemistry' where audiences found out about the energy in tortilla chips and how to make ultra-fast icecream.

The 2007 Demo lecture is on 'The Chemistry of Light' and provides the inspiration for the annual schools essay prize and also a new poster competition which is being introduced for younger students.
