Fellowships
This page provides information and downloadable application forms for fellowships and grants intended to enable joint ventures with other researchers.
The Pan Africa Chemistry Network aims to provide fellowships for African chemists to teach and/or carry out research abroad for up to three months in order to broaden their skills base and network with colleagues in other countries. It also to aims to sponsor travel to Africa by UK scientists to stimulate collaboration with their African counterparts.
The network will provide travel grants to assist African chemists with attending topical conferences taking place in the continent and visiting leading UK research facilities, including Syngenta's international research centre at Jealott’s Hill in Berkshire, UK.
These fellowships and travel grants will be available from July 2008.
