Free access to an online textbook Access to Chemistry to African schools and universities.

This form should only be completed by the librarian or duly authorised member of staff qualified to provide all relevant IP addresses for the site, and able to accept the online licensing terms in the RSC Electronic Licence Agreement on behalf of all Authorised Users at the requesting Universities and Schools.

The form should be used to register the IP addresses of an individual University or School site.

A site is defined as one institution or company in one city, or within a five mile (eight km) radius of the subscriber's address. IP addresses that cover only this definition should be given.
