Gold Badge Award

As you will have read in RSC News, the RSC has issued a Gold Lapel Badge to be awarded to all those members with at least 40 years of membership with the Society including its antecedents.  

A significant number, 20%, of our Section qualify, which highlights not only our increasing age profile but also the importance of the Chemical Industry in our area in the 1950s and 60s.

The badges will be issued at Section meetings and the AGM but contact the Secretary if you would like yours sent by post.
