RSC Representatives

The network of RSC Representatives facilitates communication and acts as the main point of contact between the RSC and our members working in academia and industry. The RSC encourages the appointment of an RSC Rep in organisations where RSC members are employed. If the members in these organisations are spread out across a large site or located on different sites then more than one RSC Rep can be assigned.

News and information is channelled by the RSC through RSC Reps, who are encouraged to circulate or display (where possible) information that is relevant and beneficial to RSC members at their workplace.

Each month all RSC Reps receive a mailing which includes information about RSC:

  • Events - conferences, symposia and training courses
  • Publications - journals and books
  • Services - library, grants, awards and careers advice
  • Initiatives - Chemistry Week and Chemistry at Work

To find out who the RSC Rep is in your organisation or to volunteer to be the RSC Rep at your workplace please contact us.
