Guidance Notes - Affiliate

Please read these notes and the Regulations for Admission to membership carefully before completing the Affiliate application form.

Completing the form

• Please complete the form in full, using typescript or by writing clearly in black ink.               

• Forms that are badly completed or lack the necessary information will be returned.    

Referee (Section 3)

• Applicants for Affiliate are required to obtain the nomination of one referee whom they are personally known to and who should be a member of the RSC.    

Payment

• An annual subscription payment must accompany your application. Please refer to the Subscription Rates for the appropriate amount.    

• A credit card payment form is provided on the application form.
