Guidance notes - Affiliate (undergraduate)

Please read these notes and the Regulations for Admission to Membership carefully before completing the Affiliate (undergraduate student) application form.

Completing the form:

• Be sure to include your course of study and your expected date of graduation.
• You must state the name of a supporter on your application e.g. member of academic staff at your university.
• Please supply term time address and an address you can be contacted at when away from your university, e.g. home address.
• An annual subscription payment of £16 must accompany your application.
• A credit card payment form is provided on the application form.  Alternatively payment can be made by cheque.
