Pcuversuslim nets: topological variation of cyano-bridged copper(I)-tetrazole coordination frameworks caused by Cu2(azole)2-SBU versatility

Abstract

The Cu2(azole)2-SBU (secondary building unit) versatility is illustrated in the construction of cyano-bridged copper(I)-tetrazole coordination frameworks through in situsolvo(hydro)thermal syntheses, yielding {[Cu23-Mtta)2(CN)][Na(CH3CN)]}n (1), with a common non-interpenetrated 3D pcu net, and {[Cu43-HMtta)2(CN)3](OH)}n (2), with an unprecedented four-fold interpenetrated 3D lim net.
