Professor Steven E Koonin
Professor Koonin is based in London and has served as chief scientist of BP, the world's second largest independent oil company, since 2004. He was formerly Professor of Theoretical Physics at California Institute of Technology. His research interests include national security, higher education, global environmental change and energy.
