Keisuke Suzuki

Keisuke Suzuki studied chemistry at the University of Tokyo under the guidance of Prof. Teruaki Mukaiyama, obtaining a BSc (1978), MSc (1980), and PhD (1983). In 1983, he was appointed a Research Associate to Professor Gen-ichi Tsuchihashi at Keio University, where he was promoted to Lecturer (1987), Associate Professor (1989), Professor (1994). In 1996, he moved to Tokyo Institute of Technology. He enjoyed a sabbatical year as a Visiting Professor at ETH Z�rich with Prof. Dieter Seebach (1990). His research interests focus on the development of new strategy and tactics in organic synthesis. He joined the OBC editorial board in 2009.
