In October 2006 the Lancaster Environment Centre hosted a workshop on Sources, Fate, Behaviour and Effects of Organic Chemicals at the Regional and Global Scale in Lancaster, UK. A collection of peer-reviewed articles highlighting work presented at this workshop were published in issue 6, 2007 of the Journal of Environmental Monitoring.
