Green Chemistry celebrates 10 years of publishing
10 July 2008
At the 12th Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference in Washington DC at the end of June, Sarah Ruthven, Editor of Green Chemistry, held an event to celebrate the 10th year of publishing of the Journal. It was very pleasing to see that many of the Green Chemistry readers and authors were at this meeting and were able to help to celebrate this milestone for the Journal.
To mark this occasion there was a birthday cake for the Journal, and we were pleased that Joan Brennecke, a member of the Green Chemistry Editorial Board, was present to cut the cake and take part in the celebrations.

We would like to thank all of those supporters of Green Chemistry for making this a successful event to celebrate 10 years of publishing for the Journal.
The week before the conference the latest Thomson ISI impact factors were released, with another increase in the Green Chemistry impact factor to 4.8. The journal maintains its position as leading journal in the field of green chemistry, which gave us another reason to celebrate.
To mark the occasion of 10 years of publishing for Green Chemistry there has been a number of reviews with accompanying editorials from members of the editorial and advisory boards published in the Journal. Further information about these can be found through the link below.
