A competition launched by RSC Publishing staff closed recently with thousands of votes having been cast. The online competition, in which voters could choose their favourite journal cover from each of sixteen participating titles, sparked a voting frenzy.

"Following the introduction of the new journal cover designs at the beginning of 2005, the contributing authors and our in-house team of designers have provided some stunning cover artwork" commented David Riddick, Production Manager. "RSC Publishing staff had their own personal favourites, but we were keen to find out what our readers thought. Their response was tremendous." 

A number of voters were selected at random to receive a prize - they include: Aaron Hernandez-Santana, Michael Tomcsi, David R Spring, Yasutaka Baba, Jilska M Perera, Xuebin Ke, Mónica Válega, Vijay Y Sane, Amy C Hart, Simon Foxon, Gerardo Palazzo and Juris Meija.
